A little bit of maternity shopping

There are no maternity shopping choices around where I live, other than Kohl's or Target (both which have a very limited selection).  So I have been doing some online browsing.

The stores that I think have the cutest options are Gap, Topshop, and Asos.  I bought these items from Asos this weekend, so we'll see how they work when they arrive.  They look like I could get some use out of them after the baby comes...fingers crossed.

The other reviews online also said to size up 2 sizes for Asos since their British to American conversion is a little wonky, and that goes for their regular line too.  I am typically a 0, so I went with size 4s in all of these.  They do have free return shipping though.

Little News and Ramblings

Madewell Sweatshirt Dress
Baublebar Ice Gold Galaxy Bib Necklace
Fossil Gold Watch (similar)
Zara Coral Peep Toe Wedges
Wet N Wild 909D Lipstick

A lot of things have been happening around here!  I started a new full-time job which leaves little time for blogging, and my lower abdomen has been quickly expanding as you can see ;)

Although I've loved sharing my style choices with you, these recent changes have made me question whether I should take the time to blog.  I have decided that I will be documenting my adventures in maternity wear, although I probably won't be posting as often as I used to.  Hopefully I can help other moms-to-be in their search for cute pregnancy clothes (trust me, they are hard to find - especially pants, shorts, and jeans).

I am due in September, so I will likely be re-evaluating the blog then.  Thank you to all of my followers who take the time to read my ramblings so far, and let's be honest, sometimes give me the confidence boost I need.  I am excited to share this journey with you!

Spring Pastels

Old Navy mint cardigan pom pom flower pins (small, large)
Gap white sleeveless blouse (similar)
A&F Super Skinny jeans
LC Lauren Conrad platform pumps
Fossil Stella watch

I was halfway dressed when I decided the snowy roads were too bad to drive to work 30 minutes away.  So what footwear do you wear on a day you work from home and don't have to step foot outside in the cold wet snow?  Pastels and platform pumps seem to be the correct answer.

Printed Silk Scarf

Fossil Printed Silk Scarf (sold out, but this one is really cute)
Old Navy Sweater (similar)
Fossil Watch
Essie e-nuf is e-nuf polish
A&F Maroon Jeggings
Zigi Soho Boots from DSW (old)

I got this on sale from Fossil a few months ago, thinking I would save it for this summer - think bikini+leather sandals+sunglasses+silk scarf headwrap.  I have pulled it out a few times to wear it like this, or tied around my purse.  Now I just can't get it dirty because I can't fathom paying to get a scarf dry cleaned.
